Advocates, attorneys and legal practitioners mediation - remote

This 60-hour course has been specially designed to enable lawyers to become mediators and mediation advocates in their spheres of speciality, including commercial, medical negligence, intellectual property, RAF and other matters.

Enforcing maintenance orders against pensions and annuities

This four-hour course will explain the requirements for a maintenance order to be enforceable against a members’ retirement fund and/or annuities.
